Tailgating Punch

This morning I was on WXYZ Detroit to talk Tailgating cocktails. The Detroit Lions and the New York Jets are playing Monday night football this week. We also have the first appearance by Booze Bunny from Nick Drinks at Night. Below you can find the video and the recipe to the punch we made.

Tailgating Punch

1 Cup Brandy (I used Copper & Kings)
1 Cup Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
1/2 Cup Raspberry Liqueur or Creme de Cassis
2 Cups Pineapple Juice
4 Cups (about a liter) Ginger Ale (I used Vernor’s)
2 Bottles Sparkling Wine
Add everything to a punch bowl except the wine and ginger ale. This can be prepared ahead of time and chilled. Top with the ginger ale and wine just before serving. Chill punch throughout service with a large block of ice or decorative ice mold.
