Enter the Ice Jacket. This neat gizmo coats the bottle in ice after 7-8 hours in the fridge. What you don’t see in the picture above is a 2nd piece that puts a dome over the bottle to hold the water while it freezes. I imagine you unscrew the dome when you are done and have a that ice ready to go. There are even some shots of people freezing flowers in the ice for decor.<\/p>\n
