The More You Know<\/strong><\/p>\n– 2 oz dark rum
\n– 1 oz Over-proof white rum
\n– 1 oz pear liqueur (I used Xante)
\n– 1 oz orgeat syrup
\n– 1\/2 oz lime juice
\n– 1 bottle of pear cider (a.k.a. Perry…get it)
\n– 4 pieces of pineapple<\/p>\n
Muddle the pineapple in the bottom of a shaker, add everything except the pear cider then shake with ice. Fill the tiki mug with crushed ice and add the mixed drink then top with the pear cider.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
