Marimbas And Cocktails

Two of my favorite things are cocktails and marimbas. Most people might be asking themselves, “What is a marimba?” It’s actually a percussion instrument similar to a xylophone but much deeper and richer in tone. He made me the Tera’s Fountain. A delicious combo of Gin, Green Chartreuse, Cascara (aka Coffee Cherry Tea), Lime, Sugar, Absinthe, Egg and Orange Bitters.

The abundance of flavors mingled well together while remaining light with the egg white and gin.
