Lish and I just finished an episode of Newsroom and I figured it was time for a drink. First of the night and probably last at this point. It is a school night after all.
The Bajou is accredited to Harry Johnson and this variation was from Jason Wilson’s Boozehound (p. 87).
Taste: This was a very tasty cocktail and I would definitely make it again. Well balanced.
Sourcing:If you go with maraschino cherries, the hardest thing to find is the green chartreuse. I used the first of my batch of preserved cherries (future post)
Preparation:Nothing super hard here. A few more ingredients than normal but not rocket surgery.
