I was in the mood for a sidecar this evening and decided to go a bit classy. This is the Employee’s Only version. I’m getting pretty good at sugared rims so it’s fun when I can include it in a drink. Besides being almost 100 years old, this drink still stands up to the test of time. It’s tart, with smooth booze and just a hint of sweetness from the rim. Delicious.

Also perfect for a night of Lego building.
