I got a special invite to Caskers.com and was intrigued. The website seeks out artisan spirits with limited distribution (i.e. not your local liquor store) and sells them on their website. The selection was limited and had a bit of a tricky interface. I found it difficult to explore the whole selection and was relegated to individual sub-selections. Eventually, I landed on B&E Bourbon (Breaking & Entering) by St. George Spirits. It looks tasty and had a good back story so I gave it a shot.

It’s a big bourbon with notes of citrus, caramel and spice. It also smooth without being too vapid. I can already think of a few cocktails to mix with this so I am excited to start experimenting.
