This cocktail was a recommendation from Chemistry of Cocktails & because I don’t want to have to will my Allspice Dram bottle to my grand children.
This really is a seasoned whiskey. Take a good whiskey and give it a little bit of color with bitters. The orange is strong and the Campari and Allspice just hint at the taste.
This would be an amazing way to enjoy a nice whiskey over Christmas presents or a good book.
