Everyone knows the best character in Star Wars was Lando Calrissian played by the legendary Billy Dee Williams.
But the babies of the group might not know that Billy was also the front man for Colt 45 in the 80s.
To continue our celebration of Star Wars Week, I present the Cloud City Admin.
Cloud City Admin
- Colt 45 Malt Liquor
- 3/4 oz Amaro Ramazzotti
- 1/8 oz Allspice Dram
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 4 drops Beehive Bitters Coffee & Cacao bitters
- 1 poof of Malted Cotton Candy
In shaker add Amaro, Allspice Dram, juice and bitters then top with ice and shake. Strain into cocktail glass, fill with Colt 45 and top with cotton candy.
Make malted cotton candy by taking 6 parts sugar to 1 part malted milk thoroughly mixed into a cotton candy machine. Follow directions on your machine for best results.
